Welcome! My name is Hadil (pronounced Ha-deel). I’m so glad you found your way here.
I got into this field over 12 years ago and pride myself on being a huge advocate for mental health, with a passion to help and serve others.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California. Over the years, I have worked with many people who’ve had diverse concerns and challenges. My passion is working with women and children who struggle with or have experienced symptoms of depression, anxiety, and traumas (childhood abuse, domestic violence, PTSD, or anything that you consider traumatic to you).
My counseling style is warm, empathetic and interactive. I provide a non-judgmental environment where you are heard and your values are respected. With experience in both short term and long-term therapy, I use the approach that works best for you.
My approach is inspired by proven therapy methods such as:
Trauma-informed therapy
Strength-based and culturally- sensitive therapy
Psychodynamic & Attachment-based therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy (EMDR)
Creative therapies (expressive arts and drama therapy)
In my free time, I like to spend time and laugh with my loved ones, play with my daughter, try different workouts, cook, practice yoga, and listen to good music!
