My Services

I hope to support you in any way that I can, whether it’s processing past traumas, or coping with current stressors. My goal is to guide you through your healing journey by offering a safe space where you can process your emotions, express your thoughts, work toward your goals, and ultimately feel empowered and confident in your life. You don’t have to do this alone.

  • Individual Therapy

    Do you find yourself struggling to cope with difficult emotions? Do you wish to identify and release patterns that keep you from being happy?

    If you are a parent, do you feel your child doesn’t seem to be enjoying life and struggles at home or at school? Do you feel they struggle with sadness, worry, low self-worth, anger, or self-expression?

    We will work together as a team to identify the areas where you need support the most and work on what is most important to you.

  • Group Therapy

    Similar to the therapeutic relationship in a one-on-one session, connecting with a group of people who have similar experiences and concerns as you can be so powerful when it’s done in a safe and confidential space. Facilitated by a therapist or co-facilitated by two therapists, the group meets weekly for 45-60 minutes sessions.

  • Workshops

    Online workshops about specific mental health and wellness topics. Learn information that will help you improve your relationship to yourself and to others; gain strategies that will help you navigate life’s stresses. Schedule coming soon.
